He proposed a simple solution for us to deal with and that made us happy. We had feared that we'd need to take some of the ceiling down or to remove some floor boards to get access. Next he looked looked at the bath faucet which was incredibly stiff. Very efficiently he removed the old faucet and replaced the important part and now the faucet is very smooth and easy to use! Next we had a leaking faucet in the basement. He dealt with that quickly and professionally. He was able to explain what he was doing at each step and it was fascinating to watch. When I asked the other companies about their cost to install 35SDF PVC piping it was $1400 more. So glad I found NPM and will be using them for many more projects in the future."
