"The sewer was successfully cleaned. But the work space was not cleaned after, and they do not offer guarantee on the service."

"Great service and solved the issue for a clogged sewer drain. They came the same night within 30 min. Will definitely call them again if needed."

"Sterling came out within the hour and figured out the issue with my sewer drain pretty quickly. He was very professional and personable. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend Sterling and Dun Rite drain cleaning."

"We had a great experience with Water Filed LLC. The plumber showed up at the scheduled time (on a Saturday afternoon), explained the process and then got right down to work. He cleared the drain and left the work space very clean. We were impressed and highly recommend."

"They snaked my main sewage drain then used a camera to make sure it was clear. Great job just felt $500 is expensive to do so."

"Owner came out promptly when we called for a sewer line backing up into our basement. His quote was better than another we received an hour before, and he had the equipment ready to go immediately. He cleared the blockage and advised us to pursue a video inspection because of a snag in the line (possible rupture in the pipe and/or tree root) that likely contributed to the backup."

"We used them for a inspection of the main sewer line...he was 15 minutes early and was finished in a timely manner. I would def use him again and recommend them! And had a good sense of humor."

"This company is extremely responsive and was able come same day. My sewer pipe was unclogged within two hours and my bathroom was left in clean condition. The plumber also made several helpful suggestions on other things he noticed, and did so in a helpful, no pressure manner. I would hire this company again, and I recommend them."

"The customer service was timely in scheduling a technician to evaluate my job. The technician was punctual and very clear in explaining the plumbing job to me and the cost. The work was completed in a timely manner. All works to my satisfaction. These guys were great across the board. Iâ m holding on to their number for any future needs!"

"I made the mistake of providing my telephone number and after I hit "enter" I received two phone calls from two different providers. This was a little too aggressive for my taste. Dun Rite called first, so I let them come out and give me an estimate. They were willing to do the work that night, but it was too late in the evening for me considering neighbors. They came the next day. Sterling knew what he was doing, but he was strictly a "drain" guy... not a plumber. He also had a trainee with him. While Sterling was very patient with the trainee, I felt that the trainee slowed him down. Ideally, I would have liked to have had someone who was a licensed plumber... not just knowledgeable in clearing drains. However, Sterling was good at what he did and was able to clear my clogged drain. He had to come back the next day, as they lost my check. Additionally, they had to return a third time, as we were left with no hot water. Sterling was professional, polite, and friendly. I would probably call again. Although, if you're not sure what the problem is... it might be better to contact a plumber."
