"I had a station on my sprinkler system that would not come on when I did my spring startup. My Technician was Steve and he did an INCREDIBLE job! First of all, let me just say, Steve was fun to interact with, even in the face of what turned out to be a horrendous job. Normally, I would just need to replace the diaphragm and that was it, but this evolved into something that neither of us expected. After quite a bit of troubleshooting, it turned out to be a faulty valve. It was no small task to even get at that sucker, let alone change it out, but Steve pulled it off and worked his tail off! Never once complained and was actually quite the character! I've worked with Jones Sprinkler in the past and will continue to do so. They were fair, honest and have always exceeded my expectations!"

"Joe and his team did an incredible job! I can’t believe how great our backyard looks and how functional it is. In less than 1.5 days, Joe’s team removed rocks and other debris, extended our garden beds, planted 14 arborvitae trees, some lilac bushes, and a flowering dogwood tree. They set up our raised gardening area, laid a weed barrier, grass barrier and bark so it is beautiful and functional. They also removed a small pool and pavers and replaced with sod. They also laid a drip line that is easily controlled by our existing sprinkler system. Joe was super easy to work with and very accommodating. He was very willing to tweak the design of our system and lawn design to meet our budget. When we made design changes, he was quick to give us an adjusted ballpark quote and then followed up with a more detailed quote for the changes.The crew was very professional. They worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves daily. Everyone was polite. The crew worked hard and spent long hours at our house. Because the weather didn't cooperate, they ended up working both Sat. and Sunday to finish up our lawn.We are extremely pleased with the results.
