Tracy, the owner, came over, did a walkaround, inspected the traps. He took his time to explain the product and the process he would use. Found we had a bad fire and infestation so he handled that with protecting the house from termite. He worked around our schedule and got the work done whe he said. He gives a discount for seniors. I did have a problem with how the work looked when finished, but he readily came back and fixed it. I higjly recom3nd him for your pest control needs."
