"Here’s the same review without any dashes: After calling so many companies on a Sunday and getting nowhere, Lawrence was the only person who actually answered, called me back, and took the time to help. From the very beginning, he was professional, patient, and genuinely cared about solving the problem. We had no idea where the dead raccoon was, and it took hours to locate it. Lawrence never rushed the process. He thoroughly inspected both the inside and outside of my home, carefully looking for every possible entry and exit point. His persistence paid off. He found the dead animal, safely removed it, treated and sanitized the affected area, and even set traps in case there are additional raccoons. What impressed me the most is that he didn’t just fix the immediate problem and leave. He’s coming back to monitor the traps, remove them once it’s safe, repair the drywall, and make sure the job is completed the right way from start to finish. He is the best!!!"

Toni was very helpful and arranged for Delbert and Wesley to come out the next morning. He did a thorough inspection and noticed multiple entry points on my home's exterior. They went up on my 3 story townhome roof, took multiple pictures or areas that needed attention and took time to explain all they found. Turned out that I didn't have an infestation, but I definitely wanted to seal the house. Even though the were a bit more expensive than the other quotes, I felt I was getting great service and the knew what they were doing. They completed the project today, I'm VERY pleased and strongly recommend this company should you find yourself needing help with possible rodents in your home."
