During this process another tech brought a bigger machine – afterhours. Then he correctly diagnosed the problem – the city line was plugged. Zach talked to the city dispatcher (Saturday @ 8 pm) and then left. Was stunned the bill was reduced to $100 (afterhours callout fee), Zach said “We didn’t fix it you don’t pay” Was shocked when a Huntsville Public Works truck showed up 2 hours later (10 pm on Saturday) and used 750 psi to unclog the sewer line."

The other company wanted to charge me over $30,000 to repair sewer lines under my house that they were saying had bellies of water from cracks.
