The unit was also not properly anchored within the cabinetry when first installed by another company. That instability led to the latch not securely locking the unit for proper operation. The office manager was fantastic, keeping me up to date on every step of the process, as well as scheduling. She was very kind and supportive, providing a very high level of service.
