"I had a very positive experience with Animal Control of New England. Paul made 3 visits to my home. He assessed my roof and other possible bat entry areas. During the inspection, he discovered that my chimney had a flat screen across the top, creating a carbon monoxide risk if the screen were to accumulate snow or other debris. I had not been aware of that problem and feel fortunate that he noticed and corrected it by installing a proper chimney cap. In addition to the chimney cap, Paul sealed possible bat entrances and installed one-way exists for any bats remaining inside. He returned two weeks later to remove the one-way exits, seal up those locations and do a final check. He also explained how I can take steps on my own to exclude rodents. Paul is very knowledgable, responsive, and patient with questions. I highly recommend calling Animal Control of New England for any wildlife removal and exclusion needs."

At the time Wildlife Control Services came over, it appeared to all of us that the cat had crawled back out the window and left. Boy were we all wrong! Let me tell you how clever a cat can be at hiding between the walls of a finished basement! <br /> Over a week later we figured out were the cat was hiding and were able to remove it ourselves <br /> I'd use the service again, even though they weren't able to help us this last go-round. <br />"

"The initial call was for stinging insects flying around my frond door.  I called on a Tuesday evening and a technician arrived before noon on Wednesday. He correctly identified the insects as ground-dwelling yellow jackets, and assured me that the spray he would use would not harm the 35 year old cactus they had nested under. While he sprayed, I asked him about occasional carpenter ants in the house. With a quick look he spotted what was drawing the ants to the house, leaf litter in the gutters. <br /> Since he was already on site, I asked him to take care of the ant issue. He sprayed for the ants and told me that they would be back if I did not clean out the 'ant food' in my gutters. <br /> Everything was over and done with in 45 minutes!
