"When getting hardwood installed, the installers found that there was a leak in the powder room. The pieces were coming up very wet. I called and they sent someone over a couple of hours later to check out the damage, fix the issue, and set out a fan to dry out the area. Someone came the next day to check on it so it was ready for the hardwood install the next day. I appreciate the promptness in an emergency situation. After the hardwood install, I asked them to paint the baseboards and shoe molding so it would all match. It looks great. The worker completed the job quickly and left no mess.
