"Jonathan was my technician and was extremely professional and courteous. He called 35 minutes before he arrived (as I was told he would by the scheduler). My appointment window was 8-9am (not a 4 hour window like so many contractors!). He arrived promptly at 8am. He put on shoe covers every time he entered the home. He evaluated my problem breaker (main breaker was frequently tripping with high loads), made recommendations from minimal (simply tighten connections) to more complex (replace breaker). I decided to have the breaker replaced because the connections were not that loose and likely not the issue. He also offered to install a whole-house surge protector (but did not hard-sell me or pressure me in any way). I opted for the surge protector as well. All the work was completed by 10am. He also took my Angies List coupon (which saved me $50). Great company from start to finish.
