"These contractors were excellent and renovated 3/4 of our house. They buffered our wood floor and made it look brand new, they remodeled our bathroom and made it look like a Hollywood dressing room, they renovated our cielings, and our basement floors. Additionally, they repainted our porch, our walls in our study and our kitchen. Furthermore, the lead contractor and owner is a **** good carpenter and built new cherry cabinets that perfectly matched the existing ones, they also installed a quartz slab for the counter, as well as a swivel television and new wood floors in the basement. All in all these men did a fantastic job and we couldn’t have sold our house without them. If you’re renovating your house, this company is whom you want to do it. Their work ethic is unaparalled and their personalities are fantastic as well."

"I highly recommend using Scott Curtice for any renovation project no matter how complex it is. We bought a house that was over a hundred years old that had not been renovated for decades. Starting from the planning stage, Scott was wonderful about redesigning the house in order to open up the space and bring it into a more modern look. He spent several sessions reworking his plan always taking into account our needs and desires. Once the actual renovation began, we ran into a number of complex structural issues with the house itself. No matter what obstacle came up, Scott and his team were able to find solutions. His team was efficient in their work and they were all always reliable. In fact, many of our neighbors were astounded that all subcontractors worked on the home daily and that they actually were busy the entire time they were at our house. In addition, the lines of communication between ourselves and Scott, as well as his subcontractors, were always open. "Any construction can be stressful, but with Liam and his team I was in good hands. I had some upgrades to one bathroom and a tub to shower conversion in the master bathroom. Liam was clearly very knowledgeable, and his workmanship in both bathrooms was impeccable. He answered all my questions, had great suggestions and was very responsive whenever I needed to contact him. The demo in the master was completed in a day, and the guys cleared everything after they finished. The tile work was meticulous and just beautiful. I highly recommend Liam Neary Construction."

Replaced stairs and banister They responded to my phone call and gave an honest estimate and quickly scheduled the work. The garage was done first and they did a fantastic job. The team was professional, respecting and cleaning the property, The garage was an eyesore and the work they did made a dramatic difference. They added small details at our request at no charge. After seeing their work we discussed replacing the stairs. They were very flexible and easy to work with. RC Works totally replaced our stairs and banister and we couldn't be happier with the finished product. Overall fantastic, prompt, hard working and caring contractor.
