"I called first because I had some questions about the big deal. The owner answered all questions thoroughly so I purchased the deal online and the exterminator came out about a week later. He was very professional and personable and answered questions I had. I showed him where the ants were and he put down some special treatment nearby. He also worked the perimeter of the house as well with a different treatment. He indicated it could take a few days for the ants to disappear but happily they disappeared within a day or so. <br /> I basically just had one complaint which wasn't related to the service itself. While I paid for the service in advance, whoever does bookkeeping apparently overlooked the online payment and sent me a payment overdue notice. So I called and spoke with the owner who said he would take care of it. About a month later I received another letter, this one threatening to send a collection agent after me. Again I called and spoke with the owner who apologized and indicated he would take care of it. Thankfully that was the last I heard of it. Except for the letters, it was a good experience and for any big pest issues I would likely use them again. <br /> Ironically enough, I had some ants reappear in a different part of the house soon after the guarantee expired on the treatment which didn't surprise me. It was a small enough infestation that time and I decided to deal with it on my own instead. <br />"
