"On Wednesday morning I woke up to water in my basement due to a leaky gauge. I called Agua Well and Pump and they told me they could try to get out that day but for sure the next day. The woman that answered the phone gave me her cell phone number so I could forward a video of the problem. About 4 hours later, I received a call that they would be at my house in 5 - 10 minutes. I left work and by the time I got home, they were there. The service technician, Chad explained everything to me and gave me his recommendation to replace the pressure tank due to the gauge leaking and the age of my tank. I went back to work and the job was completed by the time I got done for the day. Excellent communication and customer service!"

"I called Water Wells at 7:30 am and they were at my home in Columbus by 10am. They were professional and courteous. They replaced my well pump and brought my system up to code. When they finished everything I had asked them to do, I still had no water pressure. They helped me find the leak (an old frostless pump had burst and was pumping about 10 gallons a minute into the back field) and plugged it off. They were absolutely wonderful. I will hire them again if I ever need anything else with my well."

I called them and they explained that they did not work on wells and pumps but referred me to Pump Connection LLC. I called Pump Connection around noon and Randy took my call. I explained the problem and Randy said they could have someone stop out late afternoon. Dean (Technician) was right on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and went over the options for correcting. His recommendation was to replace the pressure tank, pressure switch and pressure gauge. I gave him the go ahead and he did the work in an expediant manner. Start to finish he was there for 1 hour. His work was neat and he took all old parts with him, saving me the headache of disposal. Pump Connection did a great job and I'll definitely use them again in the future."

"We met with the estimator/salesman Kevin who inspected the entire area, performed measurements and then reviewed the cost proposal in detail with us. He was very knowledgeable and thorough, explaining the process in layman's terms so we had a good understanding of what was needed and why. We secured estimates from other contractors and we decided on Tri-State due to the overall cost, professionalism and good reviews/references. Tri-State was able to schedule the job within a couple weeks. They provided us great preparation information so our basement would be ready for them to begin the work without delay. The crew worked over a two day period, keeping dust/mess to a minimum. All team members were professional and worked hard during the process. Clean up of the basement, staircase and outside area was excellent and additional instructions were given to us upon their departure. We have had several good rains since install and have had no water/wetness in the basement. Will edit the review accordingly to let members know how the system worked after a year or so."
