"When I called, they were able to set up an appointment for a technician to come out the very next day. He came, identified and solved the problem in a short time, and did not check just the problem toilet, but the other two, and the main water trunk pipe as well. That resulted in discovery and clearing out of a blockage in another toilet that would have become a problem at some point in time. Problem resolution also included his suggestion on how to avoid the problem from returning. I couldn't have asked for better service, both in terms of time to get someone out here and in resolution of the problem. I'm not sure how their price compared with that of other reputable plumbers, but even if I knew it was a little higher, it was well worth it.
