"I requested roof quotes from Yelp, HomeAdvisor, and BBB. 5 companies reached out to schedule times to meet. 3 called me and used google maps to give me a quote (you canâ t develop a relationship with a customer over the phone, I am old school in that to foster a relationship with a customer you need to have that contact with a customer. I know we are in a time that contact is not something that is encouraged, but being outside, with masks and staying 6 feet away, you can still develop that relationship), 1 never called me back. Only ONE company actually made the effort to come to my home, fly a drone over my home for custom photos and that Rigo from Roof Masters. Rigo was so patient as I asked all my questions, believe me there was a lot. He stepped me through what the process would be and sent me a quote that evening. I needed to have my solar company out to take down the solar panels before they could start on the roof, I got the date from the solar company to come out and take down the panels and Rigo was able to start the next day. Everything just sort of fell into place. Everyone in the office that I had communication with from Claudia to Gaby were just so nice and accommodating, they worked around my schedule instead of the other way around. I donâ t believe I ever had to call, they were in constant contact with me. On the start date Rene the Forman and his crew showed up, they worked fast and efficiently, they were always considerate of the other people in my cul-de-sac with their vehicles, they even worked on Sunday. If I had any questions Rene always took a moment to answer any questions I had or my husband had, my husband likes to get involved and they were patient while he asked his questions. They cleaned up every day before they left the house, picking up nails, pieces of old roof tiles, debris from the front, side and back yard. They left the way they found the yard each day they came. I just canâ t say enough how pleasant this experience was, I was so nervous about replacing my roof, I was nervous because I didnâ t know anything about the process or what to expect. But Roof Masters took my hand and walked me through everything, slowly, patiently and took care of us. When the job was done the crew took great pains to make sure nails or any metal objects were picked up by taking a magnet on a stick around the yard, we have four little fur babies and they took great care that they would be ok after the job was done. If you are replacing your roof and want a company that will walk you through the whole process you will want to go with Roof Masters, ask for Rigo and you will not go wrong and you will end up with a beautiful roof at a competitive price when all is said and done."

"I have a flat roof. Four years ago, in 2014, Jordan put on a new roof. I also have a mansered portion of the roof which is basically decorative and covered with shingles. They did not replace this part as it looked to still be in good condition. Last week when we had a big rain, the roof leaked into the master bedroom. I was mortified. They came out promptly and determined that part of the shingled portion of the roof which I could not see was wearing out and allowing water in. Tim took pictures so I could understand what he was telling me. He managed to glue it together such that when it happen to rain the next day, there was no more leaking. He measured the area so that the office could estimate the cost of replacing that area. He said the rest of the shingled roof could easily last 5-10 years more. Since this was not part of the roof his company had replaced and therefore guaranteed, technically he wasn’t obligated to do anything for free. But he made this repair, no charge. This is one of those rare reliable reputable companies that rarely exist anymore. It is family based with the next generation taking on more and more so it is likely to be around for many years. I will always call this company first. One other note: Initially, I was reluctant to hire them to replace my roof because they are based some distance from me and I thought if there were a problem it might be hard to get them out. In 2017, I had a bad leak in the portion of the roof over the garage. They were on it and it turned out it was due to a clogged downspout which is the homeowners responsibility. They cleared the drain nonetheless, no charge."

"We noticed some water spots on the roof and then water on the outside stucco as well. I looked up reviews of all the companies in the inland empire and got quotes from 4 different companies. Maynor, the owner of Triangle Roofing was the first to respond and he came out that same day as he was going to be in the Temecula Valley area. He knew exactly what was needed and gave a very reasonable estimate, I like the way he operated and conducted himself, I then received more estimates and two were higher and one was lower. I felt as though all the companies with the exception of the low ball one would do a decent job, as I heard less than favorable things about the company who gave a low estimate. I want a fair price and Maynor gave exactly that. You get what you pay for and while no one wants to over pay, you donâ t want to go cheap on your roof itâ s one of the most important structures on a house. Maynor was a pleasure to work with from start to finish and we had times to just chit chat and he is a genuine person; he wants to do a good quality job and provide a good service to his customers, simple and straightforward. All of his employees who I spoke with, Eli and Salvador, were kind and shared those same values of doing quality work and doing right by their customers. As is the case with a lot of tract homes, we will probably need to repair other parts of the roof and I know we will be calling Triangle Roofing again. "Sept. 2024. We own a single story 2150 square feet home in Yorbe Linda. The spanisch tile roof is now 35 years old and it was leaking in one spot. ,We decided to replace all the underlying tar paper for the whole roof. We got four estimates, One was very close to California Roof experts, and two's costs 20% more. California Roof experts was the only company that offered a 20-year warranty on their work. They use a new superstrong woven silicone roofing paper to give this guarantee. Plus they were the only one that would reset the tiles on commercial wood strips to hold the tile in place. The wood strips have 3/8" thick rubber pads that will the water, if any, to allow to run under the strips. They did reuse the sheet metal that is places at the low point of two sided (gulley). I was skeptical of the sheet metals condition and I had Arthuro bring the sheet metal down for inspection and they showed no rust spots. I did however have Arthuro hammer flat some protruding sheet metal spots where the previous nails were so as not to cut the thin woven silicone paper. Also, we insisted on using city inspection, for which we paid, $330, Once the roofers started, they had always a full crew on the job, and we never had to call them up or prod them. Each evening, they cleaned up around the house before the left. There was no request for additional tiles, cement or any other item. Once the job was completed, it passed city inspection the first time. We are very satisfied with the company, their management, and their workers. Gunter H. Sanders"

I received 2 quotes, one from Zenith Roofing Services and one from a company out of the county. Brian, the owner of Zenith was at my house within 2 days and gave me a professionally prepared proposal. Brians proposal covered removing major portions of the cement tiles, replacing the underlayment with updated materials. The other proposal just spot treated the leaking areas. The choice was easy as the prices were comparable and I prefer to work with local contractors. As soon as the rains stopped Brian was here and 4 days later (working through the weekend) my roof was repaired. Brian is a professional and I would recommend him without reservation."

Once I signed, they pulled the permit with Riverside County that afternoon. They charged nothing for this except for the face value cost of the permit itself. They were onsite with a full crew the very next morning for the tear-off of the old roof. We left for our sonâ s graduation, and I expected weâ d come home to a bare roof, and the install would be done the next day. No. I returned to find the tear-off completed, and the installation nearly finished! I climbed up to the roof to watch the remaining work.
