"I noticed some flying insects inside one of our backrooms that appeared to be termites or carpenter ants.  Called the company on Wednesday and had an appointment for the next day.  The service technician arrived right on time and after checking the room and finding insects and evidence of a colony, it was determined that indeed it was termites.  I was quoted a price and told that the office would call and set up a treatment time if I decided to do it.  That afternoon, Tami called and when I told her that we found their company on Angie's list, she gave me a $300 discount.  After answering all my questions, since we do have a cat, Tami said she would check with the owner to see when the treatment could be done.  The next day she called and said the ten year warranty would only be good if they could foam around the plumbing inside of the house too, but that would increase the cost by $280 dollars, but they would give an additional $100 senior citizen discount for a total of $400.   After discussing it and having all my questions answered, the treatment was scheduled for the following Tuesday.  Right on time, three technicians arrived and after telling my wife and I exactly what they were going to do, we asked them to show us what the inside foaming would consist of. After they checked inside and assured us that the foaming would be no problem and would not harm the cat, we asked them to start on the outside while we cleared out under the sinks so they could do the foaming around the inside pipes. Two hours later they finished and insured we knew exactly what they did and answered any questions we had.  Once a year, throughout the warranty, they will come back at no additional cost to inspect to be sure that there was no evidence of termites and would treat as needed. They also told us about the other pest control programs they offered and about a discount if we recommend their service to neighbors and friends that did use them.  It was great to work with such professionals and would gladly recommend them to anyone that needs their type of service. <br />"
