"The repair went very well! I made an appointment with the dispatcher. I explained that the problem was faulty zone not working on my sprinkler system. She explained the hourly rate as well as the possible problems and cost associated with those problems once isolated. Michael (tech) was scheduled to come to my home the next day. Michael arrived on time. He was clean, and very courteous. I explained the problem of a station not functioning on my sprinkler system, and he got to work immediately. Michael diagnosed the issue and found that there as a faulty valve. While he was working, I followed Michael around, watched him work, and asked a bunch of questions about my system. He answered all of my questions in a professional manner. Michael replaced the broken valve, then tested the system for leaks. He also checked and adjusted every sprinkler head in the zone of the replaced valve. He cleaned up, gathered his tools, and verified that nothing was left behind. Overall, I am very satisfied with the work that was completed, and plan to use Collin County Sprinkler again in the future. I really like the no nonsense, courteous, yet professional approach that this company takes in doing business."

"Yes, I had an unknown leak in my yard and they found the leak and repaired. I wish they would have taken photos before putting dirt back in the ground. My suggestion would be to take photos with repairs and provide itemized bill. I was quoted hourly rate but at the end of the repair they charged me the rate and then added on supply cost. I was given a price of $165 the day before and then $180 per hour on the next day. I decided to move forward with the repair but did not like the price changes. Total cost came to about $1000 for all the repairs and sprinkler system tune up. Time will tell if they repaired. Overall very professinal but on the expensive side. "

"We are having our fence extended and the company sliced the underground irrigation wires in several places so the fence work had to be halted until sprinkler wiring was repaired. We are do it yourselfers but still needed some advice and parts so we called Moore SC on JULY 4th. I couldn't believe they were open and the lady on the phone was super helpful, so my husband asked if they did repairs and the answer was yes! So when she told us they could come the very next day between noon and 2 we decided to let the pros do the repairs. Sabino showed up today at 2:45 and was very knowledgeable and worked quickly which is nice as you are paying by the hour. About 50 feet of underground wiring had to be completely replaced. All in all $282. I'm super pleased with the professionalism, promptness and quality of work. I'm sure it is difficult to gauge timing of appointments as there are so many possible issues with irrigation systems. I felt 2:45 arrival was acceptable."

I even found another puncture kind in my irrigation and Montiel came out the next morning and fixed it at no cost, he even showed me how to do it in the future and left me some parts. On top of that, he gave me a lesson on how to use the sprinkler system the previous owner had installed. He really went above and beyond. I could not recommend a better person for sprinklers. "Went well. I will have them back again when I have the funds to extend the underground sprinkler pipe on the part between sidewalk and street. There is about a 2-foot area that has no pipe. My city does no longer allow the above ground sprinklers on that part and it takes a long time to water."

He was punctual and listened carefully to what I wanted. He told me all the things his company does and how they could make my vision a reality.
