"I hired John Moore for a two-fold problem I was having. I needed a fogging treatment for mosquitoes and gnats and I also had pest control done for crawling insects. From past experience with flying insects another treatment is necessary and has been scheduled. So far the situation is improved and will hopefully be gone after another treatment."

They wanted to sell me a very expensive plan of pest and varmint problem here. Setting a trap in the attic was secondary to them, but they did it. I wasn't overly happy with them. He was very polite when he came in. They came out right away. I called to find out when they were going to back out and they said they would call me back. The service guy came out really late. His primary purpose of coming out was to sell me a very expensive plan. If you're ready to spend $100's of dollars in pest control then I would recommend them. They will do the trap and get the squirrels out. I had to insist on it. They did bring the equipment and got rid of him. It was a good price. I would not use them again."

"They were helpful and on time. The technician answered questions and was responsive to my requests to avoid pet areas. I had noticed some inside bugs, including the beginnings of roaches. After two general house treatments, several months apart, all bugs were gone for good. Since this is in the south, an occasional bug will wander in, but doesn't last long. They do have a special treatment for roaches, but it involved a lot of spray and removing everything from dressers and cabinets. I decided to just to their standard house treatment, which is about $85, and two treatments took care of all insects."
