The owner Dan Gonser seemed like a competent person when he gave us a quote for the job but totally changed once he got his initial payment. Here is a list of issues I encountered: `1. Dan was unresponsive to texts, emails and phone call questions that only required simple answers. 2. Dan's workers did shoddy work that needed to be re-done but he refused. 3. Dan threw tantrums like a 3 year old when confronted about the low quality work.( An example would be caulk that fell out because surfaces were not cleaned well enough ) 4. 2 months after I fired him he charged my credit card for work he did not do.
