"George and his crew just completed laying new underlayment on our clay tile roof. They did a fantastic job and we highly recommend him for any job! We have a 26 yr old, 2300 sq ft home, which had the original underlayment. After a leak, we contacted 3 contractors for estimates. George responded immediately and came out the next day. Our initial impression was he is honest and we weren't wrong. He didn't add all the unnecessary fluff the other guys wanted to add for a higher profit and came in at thousands below the other 2 bids. After we hired him he came back out to tarp the leak before it rained and until he could get the work done. I believe it was within 2 weeks from the initial contact until he got his crew out here. They were professional, thorough, clean, and fast. It took 2 days to complete our roof. There were no hidden fees and needing to fix or replace anything that didn't need fixing or replaced to increase profit. George's communication throughout the project was excellent. He provided updates, professional advice, and recommended a contractor to repair the drywall damage. We were extremely happy with the drywall repair and cost. We couldn't have repaired the drywall ourselves for much cheaper. We added George to our emergency contact list as our go-to repair man for not just emergencies, but also future projects. "JRW Home Improvement did a great job! They set up an appointment to review my leaking patio roof within a day or so. They obviously knew what to look for and where to identify what was causing my leaking patio ceiling. They explained what needed to be done to be sure the roof would be fully repaired and would resolve my leak problems. They gave me a price which was not my lowest price, but the work they were going to perform was much more thorough than other bids. We agreed to a contracted price, and they came out to perform the work as described within a few days. They were able to do the work efficiently and effectively. I have left the patio ceiling open for four months watching for leaks each time it rained and was very pleased to see that it was dry from the bottom side every time it has rained since the repair. I really liked the folks that own the company and actually run the crew that does the work. They did not just come around at the end to pick up a check. I am very happy with the work JRW performed for me and will use them again.
