"I can safely say this is the best carpet cleaning and repair business in the Buffalo area if not all of Western New York and beyond. Brad is passionate about what he does. Polite, hardworking, and professional. I had a carpet repair and cleaning done by him and I could not be more satisfied if I tried. The work done was efficient, done in a timely manner, and was easy on the pocket book. The problem with most companies is that they clock in and out and do not put passion into what they are doing. "He was prompt, courteous, and dependable. came when he said he would. He removed some poison ivy for me, and it appears he got root and all. I will know more thoroughly once some time has passed. I would highly recommend it. He told me to call him if I saw any more ivy growing. It did in a few spots, and so I proceeded to call him 2 times. I have not heard back from him. He does not answer his phone and his voice mail is full, so you cannot leave a message. I texted him twice with no response. That is not very good."
