I expressed my concerns to him and he reassured me that he will come to do an inspection and we will move on from there. He even offered to squeeze me in for the next day. To my surprise, after his inspection it did reveal that I had bed bugs in my apartment. After washing and drying all of my clothes and Alex thoroughly exterminating my apartment, I was free from bed bugs."
