He showed up on time. He walked my property asked what I wanted done. He was able to work with me on the price. He then explained what he would be doing and then he got right to work. The whole job took about 4 hours as my house had been sitting for two years before I bought it. He worked very h****** the drive way where standing water sits and he cleaned all of the dirt off. My back deck was covered in mildew and it looks brand new now. I could not be more satisfied with the work that was done. We had one spot that the chemical pulled dirt from the back side of my siding show up later in the day. I gave Carlos a call. He was very understanding and retuned the next day to clean the spot again. I don't think our house has  ever looked as good as it does now. Carlos is a very positive guy and very good at what he does. I would highly recommend him to anyone and next year if my house needs it again, but I don't think it will, I will call him back. <br />"
