"I had a great-experience today with the removal and installation of our new Chimney kit. Billy and Christian were the installation guys that showed up promptly at schedule time. For a two man team, they worked swiftly. Since they had to remove my old Chimney kit then install the new kit which was over three stories high I thought it'd take all day but they were extremely clean & professional. This team explained the entire process from start to finish. I'd recommend this company to anyone! They were so professional that the whole neighborhood came out to watch them work. If you go elsewhere it’s your own fault!"

"Denise and Marc week great from start to finish. Chimney cleaning, repair crack, resealing, rain pan and cap replacement. Overall, I'm happy with the work. Definitely recommend."

"They cleaned, inspected, and repaired the chimney from the fireplace in the living room. He put in a new damper, and a new insulated tube from the fireplace to the top of the chimney, a new cap. He sealed the tope plate and put new flashing around the chimney external base. The fireplace in the basement is in my wife's longarm quilting machine sales studio and the smoke from a fire would get into the quilts. We had to have this one blocked off and put in an electric fire set (disappointing). Waylon cleaned and then capped off the chimney at the top for this fireplace. He was very professional, friendly, thorough, and explained everything he was doing. He cleaned the inside and outside where he had worked so that you would never know he was even there. We liked him so much we had him do the chimney on our Airbnb cabin a few days later. We would definitely hire him again should we need any more work done, and will have him back for regular cleanings."

"They took time to inspect chimney, roof area near chimney and attic. Very professional and his recommendations were consistent with contractor who I had give a recommendation. Took time to explain all options and offer choices and info on converting to electric as lowest cost option. Very honest and professional. Will definitely use this company for installation of damper. Called on his way in route and arrived on time. Was very pleased with the service."

"David and Zack came out to our house in December for a chimney cleaning and inspection. We knew we would be needing some degree of repair on our cap and pan, but David informed me that we had been fitted with the wrong size pan the whole time we have lived here and the damage was much more extensive than we anticipated. We were quite frustrated that no previous chimney service company brought the issue to our attention before the damage was done, but David put together a fair and comprehensive proposal to fix the chimney. Huge job that David and Zack’s crew, led by Jerry, got done a couple of days faster than quoted! Special shout out to Christine at the office for her speedy and super helpful communication! We will definitely be hiring them for all of our maintenance going forward! I give Nevermore Services five stars because that’s all I’m allowed to give!"

".the inspector, vann showed up on time..he explained every detail.cleaned and inspected my one chimney, also used camera with video monitor so we could view inside the chimney...he suggested my chimneycap was rusty and in need of crown seal or new custom cap..both were kind of expensive..i decided hold off and maybe get the seal later..vann did not have the inspection forms with him but i did get the inspection report thru email 2 days later...i was happy with the service"

"Perfection Roofing and Siding did an outstanding job replacing and painting the siding on my chimney. They did such a great job on my chimney, I had them paint my entire home. Russ is a man of his word."

"We called Wildlife Evictors based on a friend's recommendation and were not disappointed. There were multiple raccoons driving us crazy making noise in the soffit area on the back of our house. Shinyan came over, found the entry point and installed an exit door, but some of the raccoons wouldn't leave after mangling the exit door. I suggested he install the exit door where the vent is located, so Shinyan installed the exit door there, and they left shortly thereafter. After we were assured they were definitely gone, Shinyan came back and reinstalled the vent. He repairs the house entry points with metal and paints over the metal to blend in with the house. He is punctual and followed up so I didn't have to call him to come back. We were impressed."

"they missed completing the work on the chimney first day which seemed to be a miscommunication between staff. They came out a few days later and completed the work and it looks great. Windows look great and were installed in one day. Only hiccup was a window came cracked and they had to order a new sash. They brought it by, but I have not been able to get it put in as of this time."

"The entire process from estimate to the completion of the job was truly wonderful. Everyone was very professional and knew what they were doing. I would definitely recommend them and would do business with again."
