"Very professional, and knowledgeable, Mark came out and inspected my crawlspace in the basement, because a plumber told me it was flooded and to fix the insulation that is wet and falling down. Mark told me that the crawlspace was Not flooded, and it would be better to have a handyman come in to put up the insulation, because it is a small job and this would save money. I called an insulation company to come over and give me a quote and they told me that, I really don't need to put insulation in this space, because it will not affect the rest of the house. Which Mark agreed with. I am so happy to have good honest people tell me the truth and who do not take advantage of others."

He documented all structural repairs with photos. Dan advised on how to proceed on repairs after the structural engineer had given his report. I had water damage that involved ripping the entire bath tub area and sub floor out with structural studs needing replacement. We never met face to face only by phone and email.
