We took the leap and decided to take out an old whirlpool garden tub and replace it with a walk-in shower. We did our research and West Shore Homes in Lexington was the best value and product for the money. They stand behind the workmanship and quality of their products. Payments options were many and easy. Sure we could have DIY but with an older home who knows what you would find and who needs the headache of unreliable sub-contractors and a botched job. Our installation team (Brad, Sam and Jacob) were on time, efficient, courteous and professional every step of the remodel process. They even cleaned up before they left! "Ken was the first plumber that gave us a reasonable price to install a shower tower. We didn't want to pay for a maintenance membership or to pay for someone's vacation house, we just wanted a simple plumbing matter taken care of. Ken was exceptional. He arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and explained every step of the procedure. We will definitely call Ken in the future for our plumbing needs.
