Company was hired to correct the issues caused by a prior roofer whose incompetence has cost me additional thousands in repair. On Top Roofing installed a ridge vent that the prior roofer only placed on the roof, re-flashed the chimney where prior roofer failed to install to match new rook lines, re-surface flat rook where prior roofer ignored. In addition, On Top Roofing was used on apartment buildings to help close up the roof and eliminate a bat problem. On the Top Roofing is the only roofing company to use. "WIlson came out to examine possible leaks in new roof installed in 2014 by another company that has since gone out of business. He provided a free evaluation of the roof and stains and made recommendations on how to obtain a copy of GAF warranty and other steps to take to determine whether in fact roof had any leaks. Prompt in returing my request and because he was not quick to offer costly repair work which may or may not be needed, my first impression is that he is very honest and trustworthy."
