"J&K Irrigation (Bobby Jones proprietor) was recommended to us by our neighbor in Fort Mill to put in our in-ground irrigation system (new construction home). Bobby was very pleasant to work with, he offered the lowest price, we feel he put in a well-designed system and he was easy to work with. We had an issue with a line leak that may have been caused by a lawn aeration that was done without prior notice while we were away. Bobby's crew came out right away and fixed it. Bobby stands behind his work. There are now 5 houses in our immediate neighborhood who have used J&K and I have not heard any complaints."

"Hyatt does outstanding work. From initial contact with Heather in their office, through project planning with Bill, project coordination managed by Cecil, and final installation overseen by Tony, we couldn't have asked for a better outcome to our project. A family-owned and run business, Hyatt goes the extra mile to make sure all your questions are answered. They provided multiple options to meet our project needs, always sensitive to our budget constraints. On-site installation was fast and professional, with nightly clean-up, tarping of exposed soil to prevent erosion and limit mud during brief periods of rain, and final cleaning that included washing down all dirt and soil leavings from the road in front of our house. Hyatt was also very careful with our neighbors' yards, as our lots are small--they sprayed off cars to remove dust and repaired any minor damage to side-yards while being very careful to stay on our property to the extent possible. Our project included a new 512 sq ft paver patio, installation of a gas line for an outdoor grill, and removal and replacement of old landscaping in both the rear and front yards. During the project we exposed existing sprinkler lines that needed repair and/or re-routing; Hyatt also changed some sprinkler lines to drip to keep the new beds watered with minimal waste. Hyatt coordinated all the necessary subcontractors for our project including tree removal, plumbing, and electric work. Hyatt is fully insured and used subs that were likewise insured. Very professional, very attentive, with excellent on-site project management. We'd hire Hyatt again for any future projects we might have."

"I called and made appt to fix a leak in the irrigation system and adjust sprinker heads. Made appt for first thing in the morning and was told they would arrive about 8:30. After 45 minutes, there had been no contact by Lawn Tech so my husband left. I called later that day and they said traffic was bad and they had gotten there about 9:15. They did see the leak in the yard and fixed it in our absence which I appreciated. I made another appointment for 12:00 on Wed. of the next week to adjust sprinkler heads. I asked if there would be a problem with them getting there on time and the response was no that lunchtime traffic isn't as bed. My husband waited an hour and 15 minutes this time. He called and the office couldn't tell him when someone would arrive so he cancelled the appointment and went to work. If a company such as this does not work on Saturdays, the least they can do is get to an appointment within a decent time frame. Anything over 30 minutes late is not acceptable to people who work Mon - Fri. and have to be away from work for the appointment. I'm disappointed because I had used this company before and they had done a good job. "

"They came to our home last Wednesday to turn on our sprinkler system. They did a few minor repairs to a couple sprinkler heads, adjusted everything for proper coverage and did an amazing job! The technicians as always were courteous, very knowledgeable and have our system running in tip top shape. Our lawn is thriving and the yard looks beautiful. "After obtaining several proposals for a hardscape upgrade project at my residence, I hired Northlake Landscapes for the project, which involved the installation of a combination of curbing materials including stack stone, river rock and steel edging around different landscape beds. They also re-did several French drains by replacing the corrugated piping and routing it under the stack stone curbing into pop-up drains. In addition, they re-located a couple of sprinkler heads that needed to be moved to make room for the curbing and removed multiple, large and deep shrub roots around existing utility boxes without disturbing any of the lines. Marcus was excellent to work with from the initial site assessment and consultation, through the proposal process to the final walk through and acceptance of work. We discussed multiple options and the pros/cons of using each type of material in each given area. His experience, guidance, honesty and transparency made the materials selection process stress free. His installation crew was very detailed, efficient, communicated with me throughout the project and did a fantastic job installing the different materials. I suppose the highest compliment I can give here is that the finished product looks just as I had envisioned it would. I couldn’t be happier with the service and the results and will definitely look to use again for any future landscape projects."
