"The installers seemed to have done a good job. They were extremely fast, only taking one day to completely gut and install the new shower system. Although, one handrail was installed on the wrong side. To correct the issue, they came back the next day to install another free handrail on the correct side. The only complaints that I have are the shower wand sprayed black water for about 30 seconds then stopped working. I removed the wand and the water flowed properly from the pipe. I replaced the ?new? wand with my old shower head so we could use the shower. My only other complaint is that my water pressure is about half of what it was before the installation. Since I had to replace the shower head with my original one, I had a good baseline for this comparison. All in all, we?re happy with our new walk-in shower."

He was very patient with us and answered all our questions and guided us to what was needed for our new tile for backsplash. The professionals that work with him for plumbing, cabinet painting, and installing counter tops were all very pleasant and were there when they said they would be or called if there would be a delay.

I didn?t buy any of his theories. Totally not willing to pay for new ?better quality? faucet and installation for a gigantic price tag."
