We had another sprinkler co. come out previously and they said we needed to redo and redesign the entire layout of sprinklers. Roman came out and within 5 minutes determined it was the back flow system that needed to be replaced after falling apart. Roman gave us an estimate to repair and replace within minutes. He then spent the next several hours to do the work. Upon completing the job and adjusting the sprinklers, testing the entire system, everything worked perfectly!!! You pay monthly for all weeks out of the year, so even if it snows, you have to pay for them to come out, but, from what I understand, they still will clean up the leaves and all that kind of stuff. "Didn't cancel the first appointment until half hour before he was supposed to be here, due to family emergency. The next time he came with a helper and they did a good job, my sprinklers are working much better. He suggested a couple of changes to the system which I agreed to. He was supposed to come do the work within the next ten days on a day of his convenience since I didn't need to be home. He never came. After a couple of weeks, I called him and left a message.
