Dennis did find two kittens hiding in a shady corner of a roof dormer. Dennis captured both kittens carefully and humanely. "The service turned out perfect. I have been using Terminix since '74. I would not do it without Terminix. If I need them in between the 3 months, they will come out, and there will be a cost. They take care of everything I have got, the garage, house, mosquitoes, all of it. If it not perfect, they fix it. I haven't checked the prices with other insect control, but I think they are in the ball park with everybody else. I don't change them every month, so they are keeping up with what is wrong or right here. They call me before hand, and they call me on the day of the service when they will be here. Instead of saying they will be here between 10 to 12, they call and say they will be here in 10 to 15 minutes. "

We have a very reasonable quarterly service contract with them and they either call or send a postcard to remind us to schedule a day and time for service. We have had our current technician for at least five years and, since he knows our house so well, he is very efficient and thorough in addressing any problems. He will return as often as needed if any pests appear between regular visits for no additional fee. He also checks the yard and sprays for fire ants or other critters. We have a separate termite contract with Arrow that is renewable annually."
