"Okay! It's our first summer here in AZ (it's not summer yet!?!ð ¥µ) Our AC went kaput two days ago. I called our home warranty company (what a joke!) and they couldn't get anyone here for almost 2 weeks. Next I called a major company whose ads I've heard REPEATEDLY on the radio. They had a "technician" (later discovered it was a sales person) here in two hours....YAY!
