"They came out on a weekend and we're our saving grace during one of the most frustrating experiences we've had in this house. We couldn't use any plumbing without flooding the basement with sewage, it was early stay at home days, and we felt like we would go mad. They showed up and gave us an price for replacing the broken pipe, and set in to work. They worked for the entire weekend essentially, staying extremely late at night and showing up early the next morning, and at one point driving far out at night to get supplies since their usual local place was closed (again, quarantine time) . The reason it took so long was because after opening up the floor to get to the end of the pipe to replace it they found more damaged pipes, and replaced those as well. By the end of it they had spent the entire weekend on a job they expected to only last an afternoon, had charged us not nearly enough for the amount of work they did, and fixed a leaking bidet we had for free for good measure. They also advised us to do camera scan to look for any other problems, which they couldn't do until the water drained out, and even did an initial mop of the basement (which, remember, sewage flooding). I'm honestly half convinced these people are magic helpful brownies or something, it's unreal how helpful they were! Somehow our drier which has not succeeded in drying clothes for over a year has started working in a single cycle since they left, despite the fact they didn't even do anything with it, and in fact specifically said they don't do driers and offered to recommend someone else when we mentioned it. Suffice to say, I cannot recommend them highly enough"

"I searched for someone to install a kitchen faucet and repair a leaking sink drain pipe, Dave responded immediately to my inquiry and he was able to send a plumber right over. I had not purchased the new faucet as of our call and he advised me to call him when I returned home which I did. Mike was dispatched to my home in less than 30 minutes!!!! The job was quickly completed and I am more than extremely satisfied. Mike was very professional and thoroughly knowledgeable in his work. Dave was very helpful in setting up my appointment and quickly dispatching one of his men. Thank you Dave and Mike for a job well done. UPDATE FOR 02/09/17 I hired Palmasano Plumbing a couple of months ago and I found them to be a great company to work with, ( see my review for that project), so when I noticed a leak dripping from my ceiling without hesitation I called Dave and told him of my problem he assured me someone would respond to my home within an hour. True to his word Mike arrived which was great as he had completed my last project, he went right to work checking all avenues which might be causing the leak. He quickly found the problem and repaired it quickly, he took great pains to limit the debris field and completely cleaned the area. "Dr. Drip Plumbing team did an amazing job at my mom's house in nanuet where they were able to find a leak in the basement, which was a challenging overall job. They had to jackhammer the flooring in order to find a massive crack in a very old pipe and they were able to replace it while also fixing a leaking toilet. Very satisfied with their work and would highly recommend them to anybody. Looking for a great experience for the plumber"

"Stay away from these guys. They overcharged me and did not bother to fix and refund my money. Just for replacing two simple light switches they charged me $425 while other companies charge only $30 as labor + parts. Their bill also includes a Fuel surcharge of $25 for a person to drive to my home what is a joke of this decade. Other companies are providing a quote for $30. I am not an expert and came to know later. Unfortunately, I got this company from Angi/home adviser. The guy who came was here for a max of 15 mins to fix the switch. If I do not use his service he said that he will charge me $150. Even NASA engineers/consultants do not charge this much. I registered a complaint with this company and someone called me when I am in call with my employer, so she left a voice message saying that she is the customer relationship manager and did not provide her direct number. After that I called her 4 times in the past few days to the phone number she left in voice message, no response. Every time some one from customer service but no luck. They do not have intention of providing the customer relationship service and I doubt one exists in that company. I am willing to pay a reasonable amount for replacing two switches (labor & charge) and let them charge me a reasonable amount and refund rest of the amount. I WANT MY REFUND!!! I am looking at other options and Certainly, this is not going to end here. ****** Updated on 7/22/2022 - Customer relationship manager called me on 07/19 and negotiated the price that was overcharged. They agreed to refund 60% of the charge and take %40 for the services performed. This is still higher for replacing two light switches in a box which took a max of 20 minutes for the technician, however i agreed to that and got my refund. My request to them is to have a reasonably rate for the jobs based on the amount of work/time. Most customers do not know the technical details. so, going forward please charge reasonably and do not overcharge as you may loose customer satisfaction resulting in loosing customers. I am changing rating to 3 starts since they called and resolved the issue amicably. thanks!"
