Discovered water coming in and eventually rotting the wallboard, studs, etc. Had to replace entire wall. Called them about the issue, they sent a rep. He said it was the chimney's fault, it was leaking. Not so, opened the wall and ceiling and had another roofer come spray water on the chimney, nothing, no leak. Then sprayed water on the cricket, water came in. Exterior Medics would not admit any fault. Had it repaired, no leak, no problem since then. Had recommended to a friend, never gain, he also had a bad experience. DO NOT USE IF YOU WANT QUALITY WORK AND A COMPANY HAT STANDS BEHIND THEIR WORK."

We called to provide notice of cancellation of goods and services both verbally and in writing on Monday, December 1st. The letter addressed to 8530 Corridor Road, Suite 200, Savage, MD 20763 was delivered today so I do not understand why I am receiving this email stating that supplies have been ordered. We do not want goods and services from Long Home as we recently received confirmation that I do not have job security once I return from my leave and we are unable to commit financially with only one income and run the risk of losing our home. Additionally, after receiving a verbal cancellation of services on Monday, December 1st, Bobby Kaufman, quality assurance manager with Long Home, called me once and left me a voicemail stating he was calling to follow up on a notice of cancellation they received regarding the roofing project."
