Dana and Jake arrived just a few minutes after the agreed-on time. They were courteous and professional, and went right to work examining the spigot and figuring out the problem. They explained things clearly as they went along, which was very helpful. They worked efficiently, but with friendliness and a good sense of humor. They had the new spigot and piping in their truck, and did a tidy and thorough job removing the old spigot and installing the new one. The price was reasonable (and clearly explained when they outlined the couple of options we had to do a partial fix or a replacement), and Dana put together a detailed invoice before we paid him.
