They said I need to purchase the deal through Angies List and they will schedule for me a day to come out and also do an exclusion on the house. I purchased the deal through Angies List and I had a place to request the time Id them to come out. I requested the time that I WPC claimed was available when I spoke to them on the phone. A few days later I called to confirm their arrival and they said they never scheduled me and the scheduling function from Angies List does not really work. So I made another appointment for them to come out. When they came out, they did the spraying on the exterior but they were not equipped to do the exclusion. So I know I need to schedule for a third time to get the exclusion done. All in all, they offer a fair service but they are far from seamless to deal with."
