"They experience was very good. He and his brother came in and told us everyday what they were doing and what they would be doing the next day. They got the tile we wanted at half price which saved us a lot of money. It was 6"x18" tile. It's upgrade and it looks beautiful. He was very good about working with us, he asked me some questions and I talked with my wife to make our choices. Before he put the grout in he brought in a list and showed me the options. He told me which ones he thought looked better but the choice was mine. After they were done, we decided to have them extend the job a little further so they came back. They were here every day on time and I would hire them again in a minute. The only problem was, and it's my problem, is that he didn't have a way to do credit cards. He wanted cash. He is supposed to be opening a store and I think he can accept credit cards now."
