"All went very well until the gate to the storage area was found to be extremely difficult to open or close. Phone calls were responded to as if the company would be out to fix the problem, but they never came after multiple requests over 7 weeks' time. In addition, surplus heavy supplies were dumped on our property and left for us retirees to lift and remove from a difficult area instead of them removing their surplus supplies themselves. We had paid additional fees of $400.00 for help removing other items from the property. They knew this was a problem for us."

"was excellentound that the problem was a bad circuit board, which needed to be replaced.We had a new garage door installed from a different company in the fall of 2012 when we moved here. Over the past year the garage door opener worked intermittently when using the remotes, the car buttons, and the keypad. After putting new batteries in the remotes several times, the opener still worked intermittently. We recently purchased a new car and could not get the button in the car to sync with the garage door opener. So we called R&R. The woman, Vicky,  who answered the phone had me speak with the technician to try and figure out the problem. He was great but we had tried everything he suggested and the opener still did not work. So a technician, TJ,  came out so that we could have the garage door tuned up and to get the opener fixed. There was no service charge for an estimate or my phone conversation with the technician. TJ found that the circuit board was bad and needed to be replaced. He gave us the old circuit board to keep, in case we had a warranty on it as it was only three and a half years old. TJ then proceeded to tune-up the door, including the rollers, hinges, etc. He explained everything he was doing and our door is actually quieter now than it was before. We received excellent service from Vicky to the technician on the phone to TJ. I must say the service was excellent!!!! We will use them every year moving forward for an annual tune-up and any problems. <br />"

"It was relatively inexpensive for the entire fencing. It was a very good deal compared to what a home improvement store had originally quoted. It was a good experience. Everything was fine. He had his workers come out every day and they installed the fence maybe in about a week. I think it was just a little bit more work than what he anticipated. But that wasn't my issue. He took care of it. He actually put a flyer on my door and on my neighbor's door. She called and said she was having them come out and give her an estimate. I wanted him to also give me an estimate and we made a deal between the two of us with him. I would use him again in the future if I ever needed to."
