"Eric and his crew are top notch! Very detail oriented and they do it right ! Painted my whole house and sealed it because it’s a block home, it looks awesome! My wife and I are very happy with the results , they are very prompt , showing up at 8 am and working never goofing off like some companies employees today, not once did I see anyone on their phone or slacking , they work ! I highly recommend them and will use them again for other projects besides painting . Don’t even bother getting other estimates just call Eric Carlson !"

"100% will hire again. I had a fantastic experience with Mikola LLC, everything from the communication to the attention to detail was impressive. He was very respectful of my space, asked permission as he moved furniture, checked in throughout the project and had a great outcome. My HOA replaced my bedroom ceiling after the hurricane but left the drywall uneven and unfinished. It was a small job that a regular painting company would not take on so I was thrilled that Mikola did such a great job smoothing the drywall joints and painting."

"Julio and Patricia were wonderful to work with for our painting project! We had a bedroom and bathroom that needed painting, and they were efficient, quick, professional and thorough in completing meeting our needs in a timely manner. They were flexible and easy to work with and schedule a date, confirmed beforehand, and had all materials. needed to complete the project. They ended up being able to accommodate an additional last-minute request of a bathroom being painted, and had some wonderful advice about a stain on our ceiling which was very much appreciated. Julio and Patricia are a wonderful, very kind couple and I'm so glad we found them. I wish we had found them sooner, but we definitely will hire them again for any future painting needs, and we will sing their praises to anyone and everyone we know. Thank you Julio and Patricia, Azul Y Blanco - You deserve more than 5 stars!!! :)"

"When the owner, Jeffrey Hawkins, came to the house to bid on the job, he was very confident in his company's ability to get the job done...later his price included a generous military discount (I am a Navy veteran). Out of 3 bids, I gave Jeff the job. His foreman, Ken Adams and his painters Will Myers and Matt Bone were great workers (professional, hardworking, trustworthy, detail oriented...exemplary). The job was done without mishaps. We are very happy with the outcome. Whether you're a veteran or not, this company will do your paint projects the way you envisioned!"

"The estimator came out to my house and upon explaining what I needed (stucco repair) he proceeded to explain to me that it would be impossible to match the paint and that after completeing the stucco the whole house would need to be painted (complete upsell and not what I expected). The good news, and the reason I decided to do business with this Co is their pricing with the stucco repair and new paint came in around what others were charging for the Stucco repair alone. So I went with this company. On a positive note the paint job looks really good and when all was done the stucco plus paint were good enough to pass the insurance inspection (the purpose for the repair in the first place). I cannot give an A rating because the company didnt actually specialize what they initially told they did (stucco) they simply used it as a sales opportunity, moreover their own painters agreed with me about the crap stucco job they hired a subcontractor to complete"

FAQs for small projects painting or staining projects in Wesley Chapel, FL

You'll need about two gallons of paint to fully cover your kitchen cabinets with two coats. Since each gallon covers around 350 square feet, it's a good idea to measure your cabinets or use a paint calculator to determine exactly how much you'll need. Starting with one or two coats of primer and then applying two to three layers of paint will give you a flawless, durable finish. Using high-quality paint can reduce the number of coats needed and provide a long-lasting finish.

The best type of paint for your kitchen cabinets is latex paint because it applies evenly and creates a durable finish. If you're painting wood surfaces and need extra adhesion, acrylic paint is a great alternative. We don't recommend oil-based paint for residential use due to its VOC emissions. For finishes, go with eggshell, semi-gloss, gloss, or satin, as matte finishes aren't as durable or as easy to clean.

The best method for painting kitchen cabinets is spray painting because it gives you a smooth, even finish without brush strokes. While brushes and rollers can work, they often leave marks and require more effort. If you're aiming for a professional look, spray painting is your best bet to enhance the beauty and durability of your cabinets.
