They suggested a solution and told me what was being done every step of the way. When finished, they cleaned up, checked their own work, and were on their way. "After getting multiple quotes, and discussions with each company, I decided to go with Logan Services to replace our heat pump. Our salesman, DeAndre was the main reason we went with Logan. He is very sharp, confident and wanted to ensure we had the right product for our home. Everything DeAndre stated was carried out by our installers, Travis and Garrett. This included reviewing their checklist to make sure I knew what was occurring before, during and after installation. No issues or concerns with the installation. Both installers were on time, experienced and knew their stuff. We purchased a 4 Ton heat pump and everything was removed and replaced (including some sheet metal work) the same day.
