The owner Lance went into our attic and did a full inspection of the area as well as a full inspection of the outside house and roof. He did an excellent job of making sure there was no way that any animal was getting in through the attic and that there was no gaps on the outside roof where they could be getting in. The noise was a one time deal and we never heard it again, but it was extremely comforting knowing that he came out and inspected to make sure that it wouldn't happen again.
