"If you call this company up ask for Patrick - he was great to work with. Always quick to respond to questions we had and he is very educated about roofing and the industry. The crew that did the work was great. They estimated it to be a 1-2 day project and it ended up taking 2 days. I was really impressed with the cleanup. I was worried about nails in the yard because we have a couple of dogs and a riding lawn mower. They have these huge magnets they roll around in the yard that pick everything up. I only found a few nails by the gutter downspouts that drained from the gutters when it rained. Hire this company if you need a new roof."

Many thanks to Mr. Quik HVAC technician Ben T. for replacing an inducer motor on my 11-year-old furnace in the attic when he was here to do the spring AC inspection.  He gave me the lower price he'd quoted the previous fall even though the price of the part had risen and even though I'd waited until this spring to do anything about the inducer motor.

Friends, I have no axe to grind here one way or the other, but I've used Mister Quik's services over two years or more and have been very pleased with all services and personnel.  So whatever happened with this company and the Attorney General must have been a good learning lesson.  In my opinion, the company is very good in its services and has been for several years.

The estimating person Brogan, visited and thoroughly inspected my entire roof. Brogan reviewed his inspection and assisted in showing me the issues he discovered. He also recommended a roof replacement that would last much longer than a repair. He provided some samples of roofing materials. "Very courteous, friendly, and professional staff... highly service-oriented.  Did an excellent job replacing all windows, including outside finishing.  The owner worked hard to make special supplier arrangements in order to custom-match our interior color scheme.  Owner also did extra work in dealing with the materials vendor - who was not his usual supplier - when that vendor initially sent wrong-sized windows (supplier's error).  The installation crew did a good job of clean-up following actual installation.  Our only recommendation for improvement would be to ensure more timely follow-up; on several occasions, we had to initiate scheduling and/or status reporting from our end.  But that said, it's clear that customer service and excellent workmanship at fair pricing are top priorities for this company.
