"From my initial contact with Will all went extremely well. After checking with the shingle manufacturer of my existing shingles, I found that I had faulty shingles and had to go through the process of filing a claim with the manufacturer. This put a major kink in planning for a new roof, but Will and the Excellent Roofing crew were not impatient and were very helpful. Finally, the time came for a new roof. I was provided with a detailed list of what would be done, except for what might need to be repaired under the existing roof. I was, however, given a detailed list of the cost of possible repairs to the decking. The crew arrived at the scheduled date and time and began its work. The machinery used was remarkable--NOT two men and a wheelbarrow! State of the art machines were used to collect the debris as it was removed from the roof. There was absolutely no mess, and my newly landscaped foundation plantings were not disturbed. Will provided us with estimates of several shingle types as well as additional guarantees and options we could select or reject. We decided to use a designer shingle that was was a couple of steps up from the basic roof and to include several upgrades for ice and leak protection as well as warranty extensiosn. (We have been plagued by leak problems for years.) The new roof was installed, and it is beautiful. We could not be happier with the result. The product and the workmanship are, as the name says, Excellent Roofing!"

"The provider repaired my roof a few months back and stated he warrantied his work. Later the roof again leaked in the same general area. My wife asked him about the warranty after his latest repair and his demeanor changed and said he should be compensated for his time. She ask what she owed him to which he responded "what is it worth" to make a long story short he finally said 400.00. She paid him via check and he informed us to Not call him back as we were to far away to return. ?? 600.00 for the first repair followed by 400.00. The gutter job was done weeks later and the leak started after the installation. (The very next rain) We had gutters installed above the dormer where the original leak was. Our house had been painted between the roof repair and the gutters. The roofer blamed the painter but we had rain after the paint with no leak. I don't know for certain as leaks can be hard to track down but I feel the gutter installer probably caused the failure. Either way don't trust the promise of warrantied work as while the work maybe warrantied his "time" is not. The thing that disturbs me most is that he made my wife feel very uncomfortable. He seemed like a very nice man when this all began. I'd recommend that you avoid this man."
