"They installed a basement sump pump quickly and professionally"

"Paradigm Home Solutions hit a home run in every respect. Complete waterproofing of a wet 600SF basement with French drains and two new pits with sump pumps. Since then the basement has been completely dry. This was part of a whole house remodel: structural, electric, plumbing, gas, etc. Paradigm stands out as the best contractor we dealt with through this entire project. Bob and Andy answer their phones without fail, their crew showed up on the scheduled days, worked hard (real hard) for 2 days straight in the July heat, and made no shortcuts or excuses. When we had a couple of simple questions a few weeks later Bob picked up the phone immediately. I wish all contractors demonstrated this sort of quality, commitment and communication."

"Jeff, Rob and his crew were exceptional They answered all of my questions even took the time to show me how things worked. They installed a water catch basin and sump pump to replace our smaller 25 year old equipment. Jeff suggested a better pump They were meticulous in their work and cleanup except for the new pump you would not even know they're there. I would recommend ONCE&DONE for any of your waterproofing needs Thank you ONCE&DONE"

"Apex Drain LLC did a fantastic job clearing my clogged drains on the exterior of my home. They also installed pop-up valves to keep them clear and flowing. All that work was done for a very reasonable price!! Thanks Anthony for your prompt response and excellent service."

"I'm not fully moved into the home yet, but I will update when I am there permanently. The crew was very professional, worked diligently, cleaned up after every day of work (three day job--french drain expansion, two additional sump pumps installed, window drains into the sump pumps, pretty extensive job)."

"Steve Ault clearly explained the reason for our gurgling sinks and incomplete flushing of a toilet and then fixed them by clearing the sewer line. He cleaned up the area perfectly. He also replaced a malfunctioning sump pump with a new one with new piping. After the work was done, he explained what he did and showed us how to monitor the sump pump. He also clearly advised us about another potential problem that concerns us - a main/meter shut off valve. There was no high sales pressure. Steve seems very knowledgeable and competent and we plan to call him in the future for our plumbing problems. Without our asking, he gave us a senior discount and waived the dispatch fee."

"Gallagher's Plumbing did a great job with my sink install. Very professional, worked quickly and I would definitely hire them again."

"Dry Tech used quality materials and completed an entire interior perimeter drain with 2 sump pumps in 2 days. Their crew was professional and hard working."

"The overall service and experience were fine. The only minor issue I had was the company providing the contact info of the service tech coming to provide service. I often do not respond to unknown names or numbers. In fact, the first two times the tech called I did not answer because a strange company name came up not Zoom. The other thing was pricking I felt they were high almost $280 to clear my drain using a snake. The tech was on time friendly cleaned up after himself and prepped the area to avoid leaks. My problem was resolved quickly."

"Andrew and Rob came out after our sump pump failed. They were prompt and gave exceptional service. Very professional. They were helpful and even offered to help clean up the water. Highly recommend them!!"
