I shared a picture of the huge rock we shipped to their landscaper of their new home in Washington NC, (Pops said if you found a rock you had to report it) we drove down and decorated it with red ribbon and greenery then drove them to the landscapers. So long story not so short, when Wes’s team finished our deck he placed a huge red bow on the railing. It meant so much to me and reinforced the fact that he listens to his customers. "We've hired Gove Restoration for several smaller projects over the past few years <$10,000. This was our first major renovation with them, where we had 2 bathrooms completely remodeled from the studs. Through the process Matt and his team were extremely easy to work with, discussing design ideas, budget, and style. Gove Restoration helped us to work out weighs to adjust the overall cost by letting us demo the bathrooms and paint as well. The overall quote was very transparent and each cost/line item was very clear and what we could expect. We worked with their supply partners as well for granite, cabinets, tile, and doors/windows. All these suppliers were great to work with. During the process we hit a few snags such as product availability, and COVID issues. Matt and team were very flexible and worked hard to find replacement products of the same quality in order to not delay the project. When the project was all over we walked away with 2 newly renovated bathrooms that we love, and the feeling of money well spent. We no longer have to worry about plumbing issues, flooring or any old home problems. We highly recommend Gove Restoration for any and all projects."

"My project involved a full kitchen and bathroom renovation in my 100+ year old house. It came with all the challenges of an older home, complete with uneven walls and floors, original plaster, and strangely shaped rooms / layout. Leo was very attentive, detail oriented, and always wanted to be sure I was happy with the decisions needed. I never felt like he was trying to upsell me or increase the scope of the project for his own gain. Along the way there were things I added to the scope, but he was always helpful in deciding what was needed or made sense to do vs. something not needed or that might be overinvesting. He was very diligent and detail oriented in all aspects of the job. The project involved leveling and sheet rocking walls and ceilings, new tile throughout the bathroom, new tub, installation of shower doors, removal of an exterior window (and residing exterior to cover the area, which was done seamlessly), new sinks, vanity, mirrors, and fixtures, and a slew of other details I’m probably leaving out. It was a challenging space and came out great! Much of the same was needed in the kitchen, but it also included new cabinets, counters, backsplash, and framing out a very weird wall so the cabinets and appliances would make sense and be even. He also painted all of rooms and left the house clean and beautiful. He was always polite and trustworthy. I would definitely recommend him and hire him again for another similar project in the future."

"My wife and I hired TJ'S cleanout services for a complete kitchen remodel. We couldn't be happier with the results. Tj was very responsive and always was in communication with us. Consistently letting us know what step was next and what we should expect. This was our first experience with a project like this and weren't sure what to expect. We emailed and called so many contractors that either didn't answer or didn't respond. A few "contractors" we talked to got very uncomfortable when we wanted to check and make sure they were licensed and insured. When we asked about the demolition portion of the job some companies said they either don't do it or won't do it.
