There were many runs in the paint, and they got some overspray on my neighbor’s fence. My husband & I brought this to the attention of the company’s supervisors, and they rescheduled the workers to come out & correct the errors. I held back my final payment until the corrections were made. It seems like the frame of the vinyl fence should be painted in the shop & not at the homeowner’s property."

Our job consisted of replacing 250 linear feet of falling down wood fence with 3 adjoining neighbors, a somewhat tricky hardscape issue, and the need to contain high-jumping cats. Their Sales Manager, Eric Prien, did an admirable job coordinating things with our neighbors (even one we were having trouble getting on board) including getting their payments for their share of the job, and he also took good care of us throughout the process. His estimate was fair & quickly obtained and he followed up with us a number of times as we moved closer to starting the job. The installation crew was knowledgeable, friendly, capable, on time, and clean up was pretty good. UC Fence is fully insured for liability & W/C and have all the necessary licenses and bonding. As in life, not everything is perfect â and this is especially true when hiring contractors to do a job you care about being done right. The key to considering UC Fence for your job is knowing that any issues WILL get resolved to your satisfaction, period. I couldn't recommend them more highly! Thanks for reading."

"I had Dave install another 50' of fence on the other side of our property from where he did the previous installation. He used a brand called "Freedom" from Lowe's and it looked great. As with the other fence, all of the support poles where straight as an arrow and secured with concrete. When the fence was finished, it was uniform along the top and bottom rails. I have built my share of fences in the past and know good work when I see it. My health won't let me do this type of work anymore and it's the first time I ever hired a contractor to do it. Dave is a perfectionist like me and I appreciate his efforts."

The chainlink was unacceptable and needed to be corrected a total three times.
