"I contacted 3 different companies, and this is the only one that I recommend. Our salesman Kent Tysinger was wonderful. He was the only one that showed us pictures of our house underneath it. He even called me one night after his working houses to answer my question. He recommended what would work and he was correct. It took less than a week for the job to be started. Jonathan Stone & his crew came to the job site for one week. Each day Jonathan or one of his crew members would tell me what they were doing that day. When the day ended one of his crew members would come tell me that they were leaving and that they would be back the next day and they always arrived at the time that was stated. I had some concerns, and the GM manager came to my house and assisted with the issues. Also, when the job was completed, Jonathan went over all the pictures that he took of the complete job. All I can say is that this company better keep the employees that has assisted me with my job. We are so satisfied with the complete work."

"Upon returning from being out of town, we turned on our well pump and water main and had extremely low pressure. We called Justice Well Drilling, who had initially installed the well, on a Saturday morning and they came out within a couple of hours. Mike the technician and Gary the owner discovered that the plastic pipe coming off the well head had frozen and split during extremely cold weather. They cut out the split section of pipe and replaced it. They then put insulation around the exposed pipe at the well head. They were both very professional and took the time to explain what they were doing, how the system worked, and actions I could take in the future to minimize the chances of this type of freezing happening again. <br /> Since it was a weekend day, the labor charge was double the normal rate. The dispatcher made this clear before sending the technicians out. We were pleased enough to find someone to come out the same day to get our water going again that we decided not to wait until the following Monday to have the work performed. At least they were upfront about this and it was not a surprise. <br /> We will definitely use this provider again in the future as needs arise. <br />"
