"I am now a fan of The Water Specialist. I am a property manager and one of my tenants complained that the grinder pump siren was continually going off. I called several places who either never called me back or couldn't come out right away. It was a weekend and I spoke with Ryan at The Water Specialist who was so incredibly helpful. We were calling/texting back and forth throughout the day and he was trying to get someone out right away to pump the well. It took a little too long for me to get a hold of the owner and I missed the opportunity so we used another vendor to pump the well. But I got an estimate to replace the grinder pump from both vendors and I was happy that The Water Specialist came in just a bit lower so we went ahead and had them replace it that week.
