Adrian noticed he was needing assistance and they struck up a conversation ending with Adrian coming to the house to clear the clog. Talk about divine intervention!! He fished the camera through and it cleared the clog. He refused to accept payment since the clog cleared so easily. What a Samaritan! I will definitely be using Adrian to install the new toilets I plan to replace."

"When I called on a Sunday to describe my problem I asked directly "How much will it cost to clear the drain?" I was told $139 today or $49 tomorrow. I thought $49 was a phenomenal deal so I said sure, come on out on Tuesday. I guess I should have asked what their Tuesday rate was because when the tech showed up on Tuesday he said it would be $175! Apparently the $49 was just to come to my house. I guess we should have just told him to leave because either I was lied to over the phone or we were gauged. Had I known what they really charged, I would have shopped around. This is a mistake I won't make again. This is a shame because in all other aspects Service One seemed like a good company. Too bad their deceptive pricing had to ruin a good thing."

He pulled the carpet and followed the trail of moisture to the sink, turned on the faucet and knew exactly that it was a slow leaking drain basket in the kitchen. When I called he was here within 30 min."
