He is building me an extensive patio, a kitchen, walls, and walkways. I have renovated many homes and De La Rosa is my FAVORITE sub. Jonathan has qualities that ensure you will not be miserable, stressed and panicky: he is COMMUNATIVE, CALM, EXTREMELY CAPABLE, REASONABLE, and HONEST.He knows his stuff!
